The Thieves are a band from Oxford UK, who have moved to LA, and have made a name for themselves out there. Most bands on Myspace have blogs to keep their fans up-to-date with news and shows but tend to use their websites to post thier main new. The Thieves however use their blog as the main source of information, keeping a tour diary, informing the fans of current happenings with the band, and giving links to other websites where people can buy their music.
The main target audience of the blog will be The Thieves' fans from England as it will keep them informed about how the band are doing in the US. The fans of the music will tend to be middle-aged, rock fans, as the music is classic sounding rock. The fans from the US will also use the blog to find out about tour dates and news from the studio.
